INFOtrac for AccountMate manages and reports on every
interaction entered for a prospect, client, supplier, contact or
branch office. It will even schedule the next appropriate
interaction - enabling exceptional account management and
customer service. With just a glance, you can view all the past
interactions with each contact providing the ability to track
activity, issues and interactions with all your clients. It will
even manage your meetings, phone calls, e-mails and daily tasks.
Contact information is easily searchable and manageable so you
can access required records quickly in order to generate
reports, mail merges or other customer service/management
related activities. INFOtrac for AccountMate works with programs
like Microsoft Office so data can be merged and utilized in
other programs to create custom mailings, mass e-mails, reports
or other necessary business documents.
INFOtrac for AccountMate also provides for superior
customization. Fields and screens can be customized to the way
your business work flows. Contacts can also be grouped and
segregated into different categories, creating a flexible

JobCost is designed for the small
to mid sized contractor or project oriented business to provide the
tools to maximize project productivity and profitability. It is
seamlessly integrated with AccountMate's accounts payable, accounts
receivable, payroll, inventory control, purchase order and sales
order modules for both their SQL and LAN platforms. JobCost's
functionality and interface are so similar to AccountMate's, it
actually appears to be an AccountMate module.
In the Estimating function, a detailed estimate can be efficiently
created with user defined cost codes. An estimate can also be
created by copying a prior estimate/template. Within the change
order function, an estimate for the new change order can be created
which is combined with the original estimate to become the working
estimate.
The contractor or project manager controls and manages the project
with easy access to information such as the project status, key
dates, key personnel, billing method, retention percentage,
percentage complete, earned revenue, contract amount and billed to
date amount. Since the actual costs are posted to the projects from
the AccountMate modules in real time, the contractor or project
manager can quickly review the up to date costs in detail or
summarized by cost type and compare them to the estimate.
The Payroll function provides options to post the actual workers
compensation insurance, employer payroll taxes and/or overhead costs
to the projects.

AccountMate. Using radio-frequency, bar-code technology, ACCU-DART
allows the warehouse staff to instantly update the accounting
system, ensuring that all users throughout the organization have the
most up-to-the-minute information.
ACCU-DART has been designed to integrate directly with AccountMate.
All inquiries and updating occur against the existing system. Having
a single source of data eliminates synchronization and
reconciliation issues. Functions can be performed using the R/F
scanners and/or through AccountMate directly.
ACCU-DART functionality includes: shipping sales orders, receiving
purchase orders, put aways, picking, bin transfers, warehouse
transfers, bin replenishment, physical counts, serial/lot control,
